5. Installation

  1. Power OFF controller;wait 5 minutes for capacitors to discharge.

  2. Use anti‑static wristband.

  3. Insert board into designated slot;fix with four M3 screws(0.8–1.0 N·m).

  4. Connect CN1 to CPU flat cable.

  5. Wire field devices to TB1 per terminal assignment.

  6. Apply 24 VDC to CN2.

  7. Power ON;check LEDs:PWR ON, ALM OFF.
