6. Installation Instructions
Power off the controller and wait at least 5 minutes for capacitors to discharge before handling the board.
Wear anti-static wristband to prevent electrostatic damage to electronic components.
Align the board with the designated slot in the XRC/ERC controller cabinet.
Secure the board with four M3 screws, tightening to 0.8–1.0 N·m torque.
Connect all cables (CN1–CN5) according to signal assignments, ensuring correct polarity and secure connections.
Restore power and verify LED indicators show normal operation (PWR on, RUN blinking).
