ABB PM865K01 is a safety-grade processor unit in the AC 800M PAC family, designed for System 800xA. It integrates a high-integrity CPU, baseplate, and termination unit, serving as the core controller for safety-critical processes (power, chemical, oil & gas). With SIL3 certification (IEC 61508), 1+1 hot-standby redundancy, and wide-temperature ruggedization, it ensures zero downtime and functional safety in harsh industrial environments.
