JANCD-MTV02 is an enhanced relay output and safety interlock board manufactured by Yaskawa Motoman. It is the upgraded replacement for JANCD-MTV0 and MTV01, designed for Motoman XRC and MRC robot controllers. This model is fully discontinued, and only used or refurbished units are available for maintenance work. Its official part number is DF9201336-B0, and the common revision is Rev.D15.

The board is powered by 24 VDC from the controller backplane. It is equipped with five independent relay channels, and each channel is fitted with a separate fuse for circuit protection. The relays are rated at 5A and 250VAC for resistive loads, delivering higher current capacity than earlier versions. Built-in TVS diodes provide strong surge suppression. The operating temperature range extends from 0 °C to +45 °C. It adopts spring-cage terminal blocks with larger wiring capacity, and features reinforced insulation and improved resistance against electromagnetic interference and static electricity.

It controls various external loads such as solenoid valves, contactors, alarm lamps and pneumatic components. With higher current output, it works steadily for high-frequency and high-power peripheral devices. The board also processes critical safety signals including emergency stop and safety door interlock. It creates reliable electrical isolation between the internal control circuit and external field circuits to ensure system safety.

JANCD-MTV02 is pin-to-pin compatible with MTV0 and MTV01 for direct replacement. It offers larger relay current rating, advanced surge protection and wider working temperature range. The overall anti-interference and insulation performance are also optimized compared with the standard MTV01.

This board is fully compatible with Motoman XRC and MRC robot controllers. It cannot be used with DX, FS, YRC series controllers or other non-Yaskawa robot systems.

Cut off all power before installing or removing the board. Hot swapping is strictly prohibited. Always wear a grounded ESD wristband to prevent static damage to electronic components. Install the board into the designated slot and tighten the mounting screws securely. Keep signal cables separated from high-voltage power cables to avoid electromagnetic interference. All installation, inspection and maintenance tasks must be performed by qualified professional technicians.
