4. Installation Instructions

1. Cut off the total power supply of the equipment completely before installation and maintenance.

2. Take standard anti-static measures such as wearing anti-static wristband to prevent static damage to the PCB board.

3. Confirm the part number A05B-2518 is consistent with the host equipment matching requirement.

4. Clean the cabinet mounting slot to remove dust, metal filings and foreign debris.

5. Align the PCB board with the cabinet guide slot and insert it smoothly into the fixed position.

6. Tighten fixing screws evenly with appropriate force; do not over-tighten to avoid PCB deformation.

7. Connect power lines and signal lines strictly according to interface labels and wiring specifications.

8. Recheck all assembly and wiring connections, close the cabinet door, then perform power-on test run.

5. Operation Precautions

1. Only use rated standard power supply; unstable, overvoltage or undervoltage input is strictly prohibited.
