4. Key Functions
Performs robot kinematics calculation and real-time trajectory interpolation.
Controls and synchronizes all servo axes for coordinated motion.
Executes robot programs and supports advanced motion functions such as S-move and ServoFloat.
Enables synchronous work of two robots for complex applications.
Acts as the central hub to communicate and cooperate with MSP, MRY and MSL series boards.
5. Difference between MSV01B and MSV01
MSV01B is the enhanced version of standard MSV01.
Equipped with larger memory cache for smoother operation of complex programs.
Higher computing speed for motion interpolation and kinematics calculation.
Optimized anti-interference performance and long-term operating stability.
Fully pin-to-pin compatible and can directly replace JANCD-MSV01.
6. Compatibility
Fully compatible with all models of Motoman MRC robot controllers.
Not compatible with XRC, DX, FS, YRC series controllers and other non-MRC systems.
7. Installation & Safety Precautions
Cut off all power before installation or removal. Hot swapping is strictly prohibited.
Wear a grounded ESD wristband to protect components from static damage.
Align the connector properly, insert the board completely and tighten the fixing screws.
Keep the board away from high-voltage cables and servo power lines to avoid signal interference.
All installation, inspection and maintenance work must be conducted by qualified professional technicians.
